Shipping Policy

At Creed Vintage, we are committed to making the shipping process as easy and convenient as possible for our customers. Please read below for our shipping policy:


Processing Time:

  • Most of our products need processing time before being dispatched.
  • Processing time depends upon the type of the product and quantity of pieces in order. Usually, products are ready to be shipped within 5-10 business days of the order.

Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of order and destination of the package.
  • Estimated shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
  • Sometimes, we do offer free shipping for larger order, but this needs to be discussed and agreed by both parties before order submission.

Delivery Time:

  • We are shipping orders from our warehouse based in Free Zone, Karachi Pakistan.
  • Shipments are processed every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
  • Usually for new customers, shipment are scheduled after the approval on shipment video
  • Delivery times will vary depending on your location.
  • The process can take up to 5-15 working days (depending upon the shipping address) due to customs clearance process and duties to be paid.
  • Shipments may take longer to arrive due to customs clearance.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be imposed by their country's customs office.
  • Below are estimated delivery time (after dispatch). These are service provider estimated times only and may vary depending upon other factors.
    • UK, Europe – 5 to 8 business days
    • USA, Canada – 6 to 10 business days
    • Australia – 10 to 15 business days
    • Other destinations – 5 to 15 business days
  • We usually use most economical courier services such as NCS, World link, DHL, UPS, Global. Some of these couriers have contracts with other courier services to dispatch the parcels in different countries of the world.

Tracking:

  • A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped and reached the shipment hub (in UK or UAE depending upon the destination country).
  • You can track your package using the tracking number on courier website.

Custom Charges / Tax / Fees:

  • Some countries may impose import duty charges on your items when entering your country. THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO TO PREVENT THIS AND WE ARE NOT LIABLE TO PAY YOUR CHARGES. It differs with each country so please check with your own authorities before purchase.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be imposed by their country's customs office.

Other Shipping Terms & Condition:

  • Your contact numbers are required by the courier service to contact you in case of confirmation from customs. No orders will be shipped without a contact number.
  • A signature will be required on receipt. If you are not around to accept your parcel, the carrier may leave it with a neighbor, or in a safe place, only if they have been directed too by yourself, if this is not applicable the carrier will take it back to the local depot and leave you a card telling you how you can pick it up. You will need to arrange collection yourself.
  • If you fail to collect your item within the required time, it will be returned to us and redispatches at your cost.

Please note that delivery times may be delayed during peak shipping periods or due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions. We will do our best to keep you informed of any delays and to ensure that your order arrives as quickly as possible.
