We understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations or may not fit as you had hoped. At Creed Vintage, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read below for our return policy:
- Since we send shipment videos before the dispatch of actual products, returns are only possible in very limited scenarios (rare cases) and strictly within 14 days of the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags / labels / tickets attached.
- Returns must be accompanied by the original packing slip or invoice.
- If there are any free samples / brochures, they should also be included in the return.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment after receiving for return.
- Please note there is always a chance of up to 40% Grade B and modern stock items.

- To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Exchanges must be accompanied by the original packing slip or invoice.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and shipping costs for the exchanged item.
Refund Processing Time:
- The amount of time it takes for the customer to receive a refund is 20 working days
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order through our support page.
- Please provide photos of the damaged or defective item and a brief explanation of the issue.
- Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
Note: Please note the Consumer Act Does not apply to us as we are the Wholesalers and not Retailers, therefore Creed Vintage is not liable to pay for Return Postage in any circumstances.
Other Terms & Condition:
- We do try our best but there is always a possibility of human error due to nature of the business.
- As you all know vintage clothing and reworked clothing are mix of vintage & modern pieces, we cannot guarantee the ratio of which you will receive. Please note, Items though being vintage / second hand you may find marks which will just need a wash!
- Although we sometimes wash the garments ourselves, but we ALWAYS advise to wash every piece to maximize the profitability and sale.
- When returning items, we will not be held responsible for loss or damage to the goods in return transit and we reserve the right to charge you in the event of loss or damage of the goods.
- If the items were made specifically for you or clearly personalized, you will not have any right to cancel / return / exchange the order.
- On every purchase on our website, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions on our policies page
